Thomas Odell Kingsmill

Tommy Odell Kingsmill, age 77 of Haleyville, passed away Friday, June 28, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

He was born September 1, 1946 in Nashville, Tennessee to Thomas Edgar Kingsmill and Hazel Scott. Tommy served in the United States Army and was a recipient of two purple hearts.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville where the Memorial Service will follow at 4:00 p.m.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Debra Kingsmill; daughter, Fiana Lea Moss; son, Sean Thomas Kingsmill; grandson, Sean Luke Kingsmill; granddaughters, Chloe Moss, Scarlet Kingsmill; and sister, Patricia Kingsmill. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Edgar Kingsmill; mother, Hazel Watts; and sister, Judy Phillips.
