Sandra K Thomas

Sandra K. Thomas, age 61, of Lynn, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper. 

Sandra was born on December 26, 1962 in Haleyville, Alabama, to Cecil and Lillian Tidwell. She loved her family so very much. Sandra loved school kids, work family, and her granddogs “Gabby, Bella, and Jackson”.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where the service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Ashbank Cemetery in Nauvoo, Alabama. Brother Shawn Blanton and Brother Darrin Reynolds will officiate.

Sandra is survived by her husband of 37 years, Elvin Perry Thomas; daughters, Tasha and Meka Thomas; adopted daughters, Felicia Moody and Charity Wright; adopted sisters, Cindy Lamb and Romona Nagel; brother, Jeff (Anita) Tidwell; nieces, Jessica (Bradley) Hulsey, and Katie (Austin) Evans; nephew, Dylan Tidwell; great nephews, Riley and Morgan Hulsey; granddogs, Bella, Gabby, and Jackson; and grandcat, Rascal.

She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Tidwell; mother, Lillian Tidwell; and brother, Dennis Brannon.
