Gilda Mae Privett Obituary (1947

Gilda Mae Privett, 71, of Cullman, entered into rest on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Mrs. Privett was born on May 11, 1947, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Gilda attended school in Addison. All of her free time was spent with family because they meant the world to her. She was loved and adored by her grandchildren and her children thought she was the best mom ever.Visitation will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018, from 11am to 1pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where services will be at 1pm. Brother Jr. Garmon will officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, Nesmith Community. Gilda is survived by her mother, Bernice Cummings; sons, Clint Privett and his wife Jennifer, Ken Privett and his wife Rosimer; daughter Debbie Roberts and her husband Todd; brothers, Steven (Geri) White, Mike (Garnet) White, Phil (Gayle) White; sister, Millie (Wilson) Privett, and sister in law, Fae Gibson. She was "Grandma Gilda" to 7 grandchildren, Melanie Mae Roberts, Brandon Todd Roberts, Katelyn Nicole Privett, Madison Leigh Privett, Jake Clinton Privett, Kenneth Lee Privett and Kensy Sofia Privett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Privett; father, Ned White; and grandparents, Elvie and Therman Pratt, Calvin and Lennie White.
