Esther Lee White Obituary (1934

Esther Lee White, 83 of Double Springs, entered into rest on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Walker Baptist Medical Center. Esther was born on December 18, 1934 in Double Springs. She was a lifetime member of Fairview Baptist Church in Double Springs. Esther worked at Spencer’s in Mount Airy, North Carolina for over twenty years. She loved people! She enjoyed spending time with family, gardening, flowers and her animals, Prissy and Crybaby. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 12-1pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, where services will be held at 1pm. Brother Bill Frank Wilson and Brother Ronnie Melvin will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Double Springs. Esther is survived by her sisters, Elois Hill Aderholt and Betty Abbott. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert White; parents, Wesley and Lola Mae Hill; brothers, Raymond, Lewis “Buster”, and Doyce Hill; nephews, James Hill and Bradley Wakefield.
