Bruce Dustin Sutherland Obituary (1980

Bruce Dustin Sutherland, 38, of Haleyville, entered into rest on March 12, 2019. Mr. Sutherland was born on August 29, 1980, in Haleyville, Alabama. Bruce attended Grace Baptist Church. He was a 1998 graduate from Phillips High School. Bruce enjoyed doing anything outdoors and he loved reading his Bible and spending time with his family. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 15, 2019 from 12pm-2pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where services will be held at 2pm. Brother Ricky Thrasher will officiate. Burial will follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery. Bruce is survived by his mother, Brenda Sutherland; brother, Barry Sutherland; uncles, Tim (Trina) Pierce, Royce Kelley, Leo Pinkard; aunts, Cleta Pinkard, Carolyn Kelly, Fay Kelley; cousins, Jeff Kelly, Patrick Kelley, Greg Pinkard, Rhonda Cochran; and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Sutherland; grandparents, A.E. and Bertha Sutherland, O.B. and Esther Pierce; uncles, Phillip Kelly, Johnny Pierce; and aunt, Linda Pinkard.
